Habis lelah dari perjalanan jauh dikasih kamar di lantai 3 dan naik ke lantai 3 hanya menggunakan tangga, gak ada lift. Alasan resepsionis lantai 2 penuh dan lantai 1 sudah dibooking instansi pemerintah jadi yang tersedia cuma lantai 3. Padahal bawaan banyak 3 koper. Pagi-pagi air gak ngalir dengan alasan perbaikan. Telepon ke resepsionis dari kamar hotel pun gak pernah diangkat, jadi kalo ada apa-apa harus naik turun tangga dari lantai 3.

The hotel is clean and the price is very affordable. Located in the city center. What makes me disappointed is only from the service of the hotel. I already booked through the website but when I got there the hotel said it didn't know that there was an order coming in. Room was not prepared and had to wait about 30 minutes. I was placed on the 3rd floor, at that time I brought 2 small children and a lot of luggage so I asked to move to the ground floor. The hotel responded in full at that time. I was annoyed with the service that was not good enough. I finally gave more money to the receptionist and was immediately given the key on the 1st floor which was said to be full before but it was still empty and clean.

Hot water for bathing is not available at the time. At night, the hot water can't. Wifi network does not reach every room. Especially the 3rd floor, not even the wifi network. The rest of the room quality is good and clean, it's just that the cleaning service is expected to check the bathroom deodorizer, don't let it run out.

Clean rooms, blankets, bed linen, towels all freshly washed, (this is a critical thing in hospitality), ti. Bonus ac, tv, 2 bottles of mineral water, can make coffee and tea for free. Close to the crowd. Places to eat, atm, and others. For a very cheap price, the facilities exceed the price.

Lack of coordination, forced to move floors even though it was confirmed in the morning that it would continue via the application and had been paid for, and asked for the same room but when I got home at night it was informed that I had to move floors, I was forced to even if I was disappointed rather than complicated, just accept it.

When my friend checked in, there was a problem at the reception by informing that the room that was booked had not been paid for. Even though the confirmation email that the payment has been received and the booking code has also been issued, there should be no problem.
