Cleanliness of the area needs to be improved. There's a little of flies in the restaurants. Some areas seem not properly maintained.

The hotel is still under renovation, access to the reception and rooms is uncomfortable, because you have to go up and down steep stairs.

Price can't lie. Get a super nice room with a view of Mount Batur which is expensive.

If you don't want to have dinner at the hotel, but most restaurants are closed at 09 pm. complete television broadcasts with Netflix, Disney Hotstar and YouTube channels. strong wifi signal, unlimited hot water in the bathroom. 24-hour phone service except for the restaurant only until 09 pm, last order at 08.00 the menu in the restaurant is delicious. During dinner or breakfast at the restaurant there is a bonfire to overcome the fairly cold air throughout the meal. For those who can't stand the cold, the staff offers blankets. When we stayed in December 2024, the location of the room and hotel were not recommended for the elderly, especially those with problems with their legs, waist, hips or knees because they still had to use quite a lot of stairs, especially going to the room which had to go down slippery stairs and was quite dangerous if you slipped. We arrived at the hotel but there were no rooms. But fortunately the hotel refunded the app price, and the staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the area was full of flies.

Strategically located on the main road. The room is newly renovated, spacious, clean, with complete amenities. The bed is very comfy, and the outdoor view of Mt. Batur and Lake Batur is breathtaking. Ordered food from the restaurant and it was delicious with reasonable price. Such a great stay.

The view is very good, you can see the mountains and lakes. In the morning you can see the sunset. Good food, clean place.
