Gress Villa is a cheap accommodation but the facilities are very good. The place is very clean even though there is no AC/Fan but the air is quite cool. There is a shared kitchen and it is clean, there are also toiletries for sale at the reception. They also provide delivery (menu in the room) but from outside eateries. My suggestion: the food is cheap but the quality is like canteen food. If you stay here, it is recommended to bring snacks or food from outside.

Really happy to be able to stay here, the place is cool, comfortable, and clean. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor so you can make hot tea and there is a stove for those who want to cook instant noodles and others, the receptionist is also friendly, the parking lot is spacious, close to tourist attractions in Batu. The place is hidden away, but it's nice to be far away from the crowd. A highly recommended homestay, very clean, the equipment works well, there is a self-service pantry so you don't have to worry about what to eat and drink, with a very nice view, if I go to Batu I will definitely come here again hehehe I didn't even have time to take a picture of the room because I enjoyed it so much.

Bagus banget kamarnya bersih, luas sesuai foto. Adminnya ramah di wa responsif aslinya juga ramah banget. Kamar mandi juga bersih, ada dapur umum bisa buat kopi sendiri. Lokasi di gang buntu tapi nyaman ga berisik view bagus. Deket pasar dan ke paralayang cuma 15menit. Recommended

The hotel is comfortable, the view is fresh, full of green. The rooms are quite spacious, the hot water is quite okay, without a fan and AC but the air is already very cold. There is a kitchen on the 2nd floor, you can make noodles, tea, coffee, mineral water can be refilled. Parking is quite spacious.
