Comfortable 4BR Villa in Batu City at Villa Kapal

Before check in time, around 2:30 I arrived but there were no employees on standby. Luckily I met the owner who was visiting. I had noted when booking the villa, I wanted a clean and fragrant bathroom, but in reality the bathroom was really disappointing. I occupied VILLA 4, the drain was full of moss, the floor was crusty, even though it was cleaned with v***l it was clean, there was also a shower that leaked when opened so the water that came out sprayed everywhere, especially if I wanted to do ablution it was all wet. not to mention there was a room that was very damp like it smelled of mold, we even asked to be sprayed with air freshener. , then the second is the floor which was still dusty (the most dust in the rooms and the 2nd floor) and there were lots of dead insects, insect droppings in the corners of the floor. then for the kitchen, there was only one equipment there was only a small pot, a small frying pan, a spatula, a rice cooker, plates, spoons, glasses. so if for a large family who wants to cook a lot, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN kitchen equipment. even though I have noted to ask for a clean one but it is not as expected. the only interesting thing is the swimming pool which is quite large, there is a shallow pool and a deep pool. that's all, please respond to criticism. the villa is good but please maintain the quality.

Hotel ini sangat family friendly banget. Keluarga menginap sangat puas dengan pelayanannya. Lokasi juga sangat strategis. Worth it dengan harga segitu dapat villa yang bagus. Thank you.

Spacious villa room. View to the mountain where paragliding is. Swimming pool and garden are clean and spacious. Suitable for those who are on vacation with family. Next time if you go to Batu, you will definitely stay here again.

Overall bagus sih. Lokasi OK banget, harga OK, Kolam Renang bersama OK, ada taman bermain anak OK. Dan Penjaga VILLAnya Ramah banget. Dan Pemilik juga Responsif. Hanya beberapa inputan saja yang butuh perbaikan agar jauh lebih memuaskan lagi. Yaitu:- 3 kamar yang bisa dipakai + 1 kamar driver (ini tolong di perjelas di description)- Wifi di Villa 3 + 4 sudah tidak dapat terjangkau. Harus ke area kolam renang baru bisa wifi an, sedangkan jaringan signal HP kurang bagus di sana. Mohon per villa bisa di beri fasilitas router WIFI.- kondisi kebersihan kamar mandi tolong di tingkatkan dan di bagusin.- lampu di kamar mandi dan lantai 2, tolong pakai lampu putih terang dengan watt besar, agar tidak terkesan gelap.- lantai 2 butuh di sapu deh. Karena kondisi banyak debu yang tangga naik nya.

The villa does not have CCTV so if something is lost it cannot be traced, the owner of the villa is also not helpful. Yesterday the goods were stolen by someone and they could not be checked and traced because there was no CCTV. And the villa guard is not always there either. I don't recommend staying in this villa because of the lack of high security.

The villa is dirty, the bathroom is very dirty, actually the building is still good, but not maintained. Not recommended.

Villa yang sangat tidak layak untuk disewakan. Kotor sekali, serangga dan sarang laba-laba dimana mana, dapur sangat jorok, kamar mandi bau bangkai, kamar tidur yang bisa dipakai untuk tidur cuma 3 dan kondisi sangat kotor sekali, tembok bocor dan basah sehingga kamar jadi lembab dan bau. Jangan sampai tertipu gambar atau video yang di post karena kondisi aslinya jauh berbeda.

Kotor banget sampai saya yang sapu villa nya, saya minta bersihkan katanya bukan kerjaan yang bukakan pintu, debu dimana mana, nggak ada wifi, dan mahal untuk ukuran villa seperti ini, maaf saya menulis ini karena jelas saya minta dibersihkan tapi saya dikasih sapu 🙈

Plus: swimming pool, children's play ground, sliding queen bed, bathroom for each room plus water heater, extra bed even though it is paid for. Minuses: poorly maintained, not clean, no wifi, incomplete kitchen utensils, not provided gallons of water, tv in every room but not all can be used.

3+1 bedrooms. Nice swimming pool. Full furnished and helpful staff. Owner was nice. Average cleanliness.

The atmosphere is fun, the facilities are in accordance with those in the application. It's just that it turns out that of the 4 rooms available, 1 room is very small and only a sofa bed is provided. cleanliness is still lacking, still dusty, lots of ants in the front room, and the warm water has not worked several times, many TV channels also have no signal. But the villa keeper was swift to clean up and was very helpful.

The villas are nice, every room is extra extra bed which makes it easy to sleep.

The bathroom is dirty even though it doesn't smell. Lots of dust. Room no. 2 lots of big red ants. The extra rooms upstairs are very dirty. Hopefully it will be responded to and addressed the shortcomings in cleanliness. Everything else is okay.

Comfortable villa but the service is not good enough. Water heater was broken and we must waiting for a technician come to fix it. I bring some children but we’re not allowed to make some noisy in the villa area that’s not make sense

Room cleanliness is lacking. it says four rooms but one room turns out to be just an old sofa bed. hot water does not work in the main room.
