I didnt check in at the hotel and i already applied for canceling my bookings at the same day, but the hotel management didn't respond it on time. And next day they respond me and saying i can't cancel at another day, i showed i canceling the booking and asking refund at the same day, but the hotel makes another reason again saying i can't cancel the booking at the same day, it's like the hotel management didn't want to help refund customer canceled booking while the customer didnt even check in. Bad service.
