The check-in/out process was easy, although there were only 1 receptionist with multiple job roles. The room was clean, no noises, the sheets also clean. Nothing on the bed made me itchy. Many food options around here.

Please don't sell a room in this condition, the walls and floor are covered in moss, the ceiling is leaking and dripping non-stop, you have to move to the corner to avoid getting dripped on, there are small cockroaches running around, the sink is clogged, the shower head is no longer suitable, the hallway leading to the room is very dirty, there is a lot of trash, the smell of cigarettes from the next room is so bad it makes you dizzy

Everything was perfect and comfortable. However, when I ask for 2 towels (they gave me 1 towel even it says the room for 2 people), they didn't give me the towel until my stay is done.

Bathroom tiles are very slippery, Dirty hallway, Drinking water is not available, reservation for premium twin, but the actual bed is made into one and there is only one blanket, there are only 2 charging stations, dirty closets, now worthy

The place that I would never come again. If you are not ready for online market, please dont do that. You just wasting our money and time to stay here. No parking lot, no soap, no water, dusty room, terrible receptionist, what a waste things stay here. Not recommended.

Check-in took a long time, it should have been at 2 but it took 3 hours and we waited a long time. It turned out that the receptionist was also working in HK so it wasn't optimal. The room was okay, modern minimalist, but it wasn't soundproof. In front of the cove there was a market and it was also okay if you wanted to eat, there were various foods. The rest was okay, maybe just add more staff so that check-in wouldn't be late.

The second time, very disappointed. Because the room was downgraded because it was full. And just like before, check in and checkout had to call first. And in the room I just found out there were insects. Complaints at the cove were also not replied.

As soon as you enter, the floor is sticky (almost the entire floor), check the toilet seat still has pee stains on it, the AC soap, toothbrush and odol are still safe, the mattress is still ok even though the blanket has a bit of a musty smell, the worst thing.. in the morning there are a lot of small cockroaches in the toilet (like it comes out of the channel) like there are 5 times huhu

When you check in early, there is no guard, you have to be called upstairs, the room is also comfortable and clean, there is a wardrobe, the minus is that there is no hanger for clothes and in the toilet. access to anywhere near the front also has a lot of food and next to alfa, there is a kitchen and cutlery outside as well as the fridge but don't take the food because that belongs to the boarder hehe. There are stairs and an elevator to access up, you can smoke in the room as well. I just suggest that the staff give you mosquito repellent because it likes to have mosquitoes and ants at night.

Strategic location, in East Tebet. Many places to eat in front of the hotel and many minimarkets. Smart TV equipped with free netflix. Highly recommended for those who want to transit or staycation.
