The room only has 1 towel, the toilet floor is SLIPPERY, the staff is sometimes there and sometimes not, the wifi password is not given. Gmaps is a bit confusing. The room is not soundproof.

A fairly comfortable place to stay with a friendly price. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the water heater works, the AC is also cold. The atmosphere is calm. It's just that at night the road to the guest house is a bit dark. But overall its okay

The hotel staff has very bad service, rude and does not help if guests ask for help, instead they are angry, very disappointed, only got 1 towel, no mineral water, let alone tissue, the bathroom is dirty as if it has not been cleaned, hopefully in the future the guest host facilities and the staff service will be improved.

The hotel staff is very bad service, rude and very condescending to hotel guests, the room is not according to the photo, smaller, I ordered a double bed, given a twin bed, when I complained to the receptionist, they said it was the same, even though the application was different, there was no drinking water in the room, there was no tissue, this guest house is really bad. The bathroom still has a lot of water, as if it has not been cleaned, hopefully in the future it can be improved especially for the receptionist and the room facilities.

The air conditioner is cold, the room is quite clean & spacious, you can watch the TV, the hot water works well. Krisna just has to walk home and if you have a lot of luggage, it's better to grab it 😁.

The place is very nice, very clean but so sorry service is really bad, I'm locked out and must wait for long to open the door, they don't have contact person so we can't call if the door is closed 😢.
