The water is not on, the bed is dirty, the room is also dirty. Please pay attention to cleanliness again

The sheets were so dirty that I had to sleep at another hotel where my friend stayed because it was so itchy and uncomfortable, the toilet smells, please take care of it.

The sheets had blood, the room was super duper dirty, smelly, ugly and stuffy. This is the first and last😡

The location is quite easy to reach, there is a TJ and KRL, the room is actually comfortable but from morning until checking out the water was off and when I urgently needed to go to the bathroom, the staff did not provide a solution for the water.

Quite disappointed staying here, got a room with a dirty bathroom, the water smelled of soil, there were cockroaches. Not in accordance with the branding of the cove which seemed okay and clean. Even though I had previously trusted it ☹. Booked for 2 weeks but only lasted 4 nights here. The kitchen is only for monthly renters, there is no drying room. If the budget is that much, it's better to add a little more to find a boarding house or hotel, it's more worth it. Here are some of my complaints: 1. The blanket and sheets are very dirty. 2. The bathroom is also dirty with lots of soil, there are cockroaches too. 3. ⁠The TV won't turn on. 4. The refrigerator has lots of hair and hasn't been cleaned. And the staff didn't take the initiative to just check the room when I complained.

The bedsheets are dirty, the towels are dirty, the bathroom mat has been used for a lifetime and has never been changed, the pillows are really black, the bathroom smells bad, it says don't litter, but there is no trash can.

The room is not as pictured, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, the sheets & bed covers have lots of stains, there is no trash can in the room, the kitchen facilities listed in the photo cannot be used by daily renters. The first time I've encountered a cove whose facilities are not up to standard. But in terms of service it's still okay.

The room is very dirty, no towels and toiletries provided. Highly not recommended.

From the front: parking is actually a 7 car slot (need to go first and be careful), but the road is being repaired so park outside and there is a megakost employee who asks for money for damn coffee. Front office: quite friendly. Room: too small <15m square. Room cleanliness: 1 out of 5, the floor is dusty and does not smell fresh. Bed cleanliness: 1 out of 5, the sheets are dull, the bed cover has lots of blood and sperm stains and food spices, the pillows are also jorse with food stains. Accessories: the TV does not work. Toilet cleanliness: 2 out of 5, slippery yellow and smells bad. Cove Management please evaluate this property. Overall not satisfied, disappointed

The dirty blankets and sheets are full of stains, not changed, used by other people, the AC in almost all the rooms is not cold, many of the TVs are broken, sometimes there are worms in the water, if possible the tub should be cleaned often.

The room is smelly, dirty, the AC is not cold, the old sheets and blankets are not replaced, I asked the OB that there is no blanket, so the blankets are just that - they are not replaced, the shower is all broken, there are many mosquitoes.

The sink is broken and leaking and cannot be used. The AC is an old model, not cold at all, the shower is broken, there are lots of mosquitoes, the blankets and sheets smell, have lots of spots, it is very dirty, when asked they said there were no blankets in stock

Room 103 exhaust is broken, noisy. Bed sheets are replaced with those from another room.

Bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets are not replaced by someone else's. Dirty, broken exhaust makes a loud noise. There are scorpions. Many damaged properties are no longer suitable for use.

I want to check in, I have already paid for 2 days, but the gate is not opened, the receptionist does not pick up the phone, this is a fraud, the traveloka only does not provide refunds
