The hotel staff was too busy playing on their phones, which was why they were slow to respond to guests who asked for help. It's true that breakfast doesn't offer a choice of dishes, so they just prepare it (fried rice or white rice), resulting in a lack of variety.

In terms of strategic location because it is close to the airport, the staff are not very friendly when checking in but the staff are friendly when checking out, there is no service to the airport

The hotel atmosphere is quiet, the most unfortunate thing is that there is no free airport pick-up and drop-off even though it is very close, they charge 100k for that facility. For take away, they only give fried rice with eggs which is packed and you can't really vary the menu.
