Got the price not reaching 500K per night, the room is quite good for that price, cold AC, safe hot water, there is a shared kitchen, complete amenities In addition to a water heater and mugs, there are plates, bowls, spoons and forks too. The refrigerator in the room is very big, there is a safety box. Only the hair dryer is missing. Yesterday I got a dirty heater, when I complained about it in the afternoon it was immediately replaced. To enter the hotel lobby you have to use a hotel card tap, so it's quite safe even though the hotel is on the edge of Dago. You have to deposit 50K cash when checking in. Minuses: - Narrow parking lot, only fits 4 cars. If our car is blocking it, we have to leave the key with the receptionist. - A bit noisy, the sound of vehicles can be heard into the room, even though I'm on the 5th floor. - The senior receptionist is a bit unfriendly, too strict. Maybe it's meant to be careful but if it's a receptionist, it's not quite right Overall the hotel is really good for that price, in terms of location, facilities, price

For the service 9/10 helped including storing baby food stored in the freezer, but there was a miscommunication to put it in the chiller but all was served well For the room 7/10 the AC was broken, I had called 4 times but it was only handled until Maghrib and it took quite a long time, an hour, but fortunately it didn't go anywhere so that's it. Not soundproof so the sound from the next room can be heard For the facilities 10/10 kids friendly and hot water pool, okay For breakfast 7/10 the food is delicious but many of the refills take a long time, maybe they only ate at 08.30 but they were all finished (?) Overall it's okay for a family vacation

Hey there! Just wanted to share my thoughts on one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. This place is right smack in the middle of the city, which is super convenient. The room vibes are just like being at home—so comfy and clean. One of the cool things about this hotel is the little extras they offer. In the room, you'll find plates and bowls, plus a two-door fridge, which is pretty neat. Each floor has a shared pantry, fully equipped with a microwave and an induction stove, making it easy to whip up a quick meal. Now, a heads-up about the parking situation: it's a bit tight. They do have extra parking across the street, but it looks like it's someone's yard. Also, if you're planning to drive on a Sunday morning, keep in mind that the street in front of the hotel is part of a car-free day zone, so no vehicles allowed. Overall, it's a super comfy place to stay, whether you're flying solo or with family. Highly recommend it!

In my opinion, the rate per night is still okay, because yesterday I was on Christmas and New Year holidays so the price was different from the price on normal days. Located in the city center, there are many factory outlets and cafes around. The room size is sufficient, there is a large wardrobe, TV, refrigerator, cutlery. Everything is clean. The only minus is the AC leaks when it is first turned on, but I was too lazy to move rooms. Overall it is still comfortable. The receptionist is also friendly.

The reseptionist is very kind. I've stay at daun dago for 2 times. Will be back again and recommend daun to all of my fams and friends.

Every month here, even though there is no breakfast, there is a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator and cutlery. You can cook your own food. There is also Netflix so even though there are no other supporting facilities, you can still stay comfortably in the room

Nice room with modern and compact atmosphere. Big window. There is a wardrobe and a big refrigerator in the room. Comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit narrow but it's not a problem for one person. The hot shower works but for me on the 5th floor the pressure is a bit weak. There is a microwave, induction stove, gallon, and cooking utensils on each floor. The room also provides cutlery (plates, spoons, forks). There is a small smart TV. You can borrow an iron too. Overall it's very good and worth the money. Very suitable for solo travelers who want to staycation and lie down a lot in the room hehe. Suggestion to provide room slippers, thin ones are fine. Thank you!

Got the room at the very end. Staff chatting could be heard. And in the early morning there were noises that made it impossible to sleep. The receptionist was old and unfriendly.

The staff is not very friendly, when checking in there was no greeting or small talk, they just explained the rules during the stay, the main point was about this and that fine if you stay overnight. When I asked for a room cleaning service, the staff refused because I was only staying for a day, which was not explained beforehand. The homey atmosphere that was created disappeared instantly because we did not feel comfortable. Please improve the staff training

Located in a main road, so it makes this hotel is very easy to be reached. Check in and check out process is very fast, the room is very clean, wifi is very fast, hot water running easily. I enjoyed stay here. Thank you
