I super like it, but it would be best if the number of hotel staff being added especially on night shift, 'cause I pity the staff who helped me check-in, he seems not the FO staff. But overall, I will surely comeback and book a room if ever I had another chance to have vacation in Pangandaran. The food is good for breakfast, just the staff who made omelets a little bit too slow and I ended up eating fried egg rather than an omelets 'cause the filling was out of stock (?) But overall I like the room & service. Super kind whole staff, from security to the owner/management (?) I'm not sure who was I talking to when I check-out but seems like they're not a staff there and I assume they're the owner 👌🏻

Wow, the room is really spacious.. comfortable.. there is a refrigerator too.. basically the room facilities and etc are okay.. it's just that you don't get breakfast, even though it's around 800 per night. If you add 120/person.. Next time I go to Pangandaran, I want to stay at Dbilz again..

Overall the facilities are good, but the flexibility for cancellation is bad. If you just booked 3 hours ago, you can't cancel even though you booked 8 days before the D-day.

Have stayed here several times, either with family or work groups. It's fun, especially the waterboom, which makes my child feel at home.

We are very disappointed, the AC is hot, the LCD TV is broken, the picture is not clear, the price does not match the facilities, it is not recommended at all

There was a loud and quite disturbing sound from the back, initially the staff said "maybe the sound of the water machine" but I said no and it turned out that the building next door was being renovated. Asked to move rooms but couldn't because they said it was already occupied. The staff only said the super noisy sound was "only until 4 o'clock", from the answer it was not calming in my opinion so it seemed like they were told to be patient maybe. This is the second time staying at this hotel and the first time having an experience like this. I ordered a family room with a capacity of 4 people, but all the amenities were only available for 2. Even the extra bed only got an extra blanket and towel without other amenities. Strange huh?
