This is the second time we have stayed at the De Green Inn hotel, its location near the Soekarno airport, greatly facilitating us on the transit trip yesterday. In the rooms are equipped with AC, LED TV, hot water making machines and hot and cold shower. The receptionist welcomed our arrival kindly and the room service was also responded to quickly. Overall we are satisfied to stay at the De Green Inn hotel.

Our stay was below expectations. Several aspects of the room's facilities require attention and improvement, including: 1. Electrical outlets were exposed, potentially dangerous and unsafe to use. 2. Electrical outlets appeared loose, sometimes working and sometimes not working properly. 3. The bed frame was damaged, making it uncomfortable to rest. 4. The bathroom door lock was damaged, which compromised privacy and security. We hope this feedback will serve as an evaluation tool to improve guest comfort and security in the future. Thank you for your attention and service.

The room is basic, so if you're just transiting for a few hours, it's okay. Moreover, it's not too far from the airport. There are no towels in the bathroom. I called reception, but the music was too loud. The receptionist's voice was inaudible, and it took a long time to respond. I called repeatedly, but they didn't pick me up. Finally, I went directly to the reception desk, and then she picked me up.

staffs were helpful and very accommodating, surrounding area is perfect, there's minimarts with ATM and lots of places u can get meals from, not to mention laundry shop. everything is within walkable range. room ofc might not be the best albeit it was on the smaller side but it was enough (bathroom was especially clean tho, so that's a plus point), the only downside is that the wifi connection didn't reach my room, it connects only if I stay near my door, if I get on the bed then it'll just keep on disconnecting, so I don't really get to use it. I hope there will be improvement on this aspect. overall, my stay here was satisfying👍
