I stayed here and it turned out that the next room had a leaking pipe so that 1 floor was flooded. My laptop which was in my bag was submerged in water. My laptop worth around 20 million was damaged, the hotel only compensated me with a free stay of 1 night. Be careful if you want to stay here. Not recommended.

The staff is friendly. The room is actually quite spacious, only the cleanliness still needs to be improved, the bathroom is small, and the shower is not hot at all, and it is a shame that the TV does not have Netflix. Other than that it is quite good.

Menginap dalam rangka nengok anak yang kuliah di Surabaya. Harga terjangkau. Kamar cukup bersih dan nyaman. AC dingin. Staff hotel ramah. Letak strategis dekat kampus C universitas Airlangga, ITS. Dekat kemana-mana dan banyak kulineran sekitar hotel. Worth it sesuai harganya:).

Kamar nyaman cuma tidak ada teko untuk membuat air hangat harus turun membeli air hangat di mart. Resepsionis pukul 18.00-19.00 istirahat jadi saya datang di pukul 18.00 tidak bisa langsung check in harus menunggu 1jam an huhu. Overall oke sih cuma kolam renang bagian anak kecilnya aga sedikit kotor karena airnya kejatuhan part tembok atas apart yang waktu itu sudah rapuh.

Pertama kali lihat gedungnya tinggi banget, ternyata apartemen. Masuk lobi oke, tapi karena apart jadi ya sepi dan petugas minim. Masuk kamar oke nice lumayan luas, tapi gak bisa minta extra bed. Kolam renang lumayan hanya kurang bersih airnya. Mungkin karena habis hujan. No resto jadi perlu grab food sendiri. Harga di swalayan lumayan mahal mending beli di luar dulu sebelum sampai hotel. Minta petugas kebersihan untuk membersihkan di hari kedua oke semua diganti sprei, handuk, dikasih peraltan mandi lagi. Overall lumayan lah untuk sekelas apart. Keamanan oke.

A 3 star hotel is quite cheap, obviously you can't expect much. The electricity went out because the water heater, AC and hair dryer were on at the same time, but that's okay, my budget is limited. And the hotel was very quick to help, which was good. Apart from that, it's really nice to stay here. Surabaya view is good, use bed cover, very clean toilet. Sir, when I checked out he said hbd to me, good service can remember details like that.

Kebersihan kurang dijaga (lantai, gorden, dinding, kolong kasur). 2 tamu tapi handuk cuma dikasih 1. Bersih-bersih kamar katanya tiap jam 11 tapi sampe sore masih belum dibersihin. Pemakaian AC & water heater harus gantian, kalo ga gitu kena daya lebih lalu listrik auto mati. Ga ada toiletries, alhasil sikatan tanpa odol. Ga ada sandal hotel. Ga ada teko listrik untuk bikin minuman hangat . Ga ada cantolan buat naruh handuk. Ga ada keterangan deposit, ternyata pas check in ada depositnya. Posisi kloset deket banget sama tembok, kalo mau pup jadi ga nyaman posisinya. Sementara itu minusnya, plusnya wifi lancar, view mantap sangat (lantai 30), resepsionis ramah kecuali bapak-bapak, lampu untuk tidur nyaman. After all cukup kali itu aja menginap di sana.

Wastafel rusak. Pelayanan yang bikin ngeri. Tukang satpam yang berjaga di kolam renang. Pas renang di liatin aja sampe poto-poto. Opomane seneng jaga di depan toilet cewe. Lah jadi gak nyaman pool. Jadi males balik mane kesini 😈👹.
