The hotel is quite clean with a photo spot with Lake Toba as the background, the swimming pool is very clean, the calm atmosphere of the hotel makes us feel at home sitting in the hotel yard while looking at the beauty of Lake Toba, the hotel staff is quite responsive to guest needs, the bathroom is quite clean with adequate hot water. Breakfast fried rice is quite delicious with side dishes of beef and egg rendang.

I ordered a hotel for my parents but the receptionist curtly did not respect my parents, if the room is not ready, I should talk to my parents nicely, this is actually rude to my parents.

Tidak sesuai harga dengan kualitas hotel, tidak bisa menyediakan makanan, bahkan mau pesan kopi juga tidak bisa, sangat disayangkan sekali, untuk ukuran kamar tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. Terlalu sempit. Paling mengecewakan jam 3 pagi listrik dimatikan sampai jam 6, tidur dalam keadaan panas dan pengap jadi harus membuka pintu karena tidak ada ventilasi, resepsionis di cari-cari malah tidak ketemu, apakah sengaja dimatikan? Baru pertama menginap di hotel ini karena dekat dengan dermaga, cukup sekali aja deh.

The location is close to the port, very suitable for those of you who want to travel across Lake Toba, I stayed at this hotel on Monday-Wednesday, it was very quiet but I really liked it, the pool was clean, and as long as I was there every morning it was always cleaned, there was a cafe in next to the hotel. The bathroom is spacious and clean, hot water is always available, the room is also equipped with a wardrobe and desk. The price is in accordance with what you get. Really recommend.

Place: great, ordered room 2nd floor, got room 204, got lake view just above the port of three r us, to the left of the hill view which is still green, even though the hotel is right on the side of the road, there are not many train exhausts disturbed by the sound of train exhaust People: the receptionist & restaurant staff are friendly, including when I am very uncomfortable with the person next door who karaoke loudly using a speaker box myself, plowing the balcony right in front of my room (far from Medan in hopes of looking for a quiet night atmosphere by the lake, it has faded already), I asked the hotel to remind myself before I myself rebuked loudly, Alhamdulillah the hotel is responsive. Actually, the hotel has tried to look professional with the existing rules, both room rules and pool rules, it even appears that the Covid protocol is attached ... but maybe there is a need for a special officer to remind each guest to follow these rules so as not to disturb the comfort of the guest next to him. .. because not all guests care about the comfort of others even though I believe they are educated. If you weren't bothered by the actions of other guests, this is a five-star review ... If you come back, bring the office group back again, because the route is not too tight and flexible, just right for groups that are difficult to organize, but for those of us who are far away from Medan looking for calm, it looks like we are in the wrong place, uncomfortable, so currently two stars are fine ..
