The lobby is nice, elegant. The room is spacious. The staff is friendly. Although there was a slight mistake in charging for the cake/snacks that were brought, because my family didn't buy any (maybe another room near us) but it could be resolved

Saturday there is free painting and some activities. The swimming pool is always crowded, many families stay there. The air conditioning in the room is very cold.

For access in and out of the Ancol area. It's our fault that we didn't read the reviews enough if hotel customers exit the Ancol gate and want to re-enter the hotel have to pay the Ancol entrance fee again because of different management. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, intentionally at Discovery Ancol, the plan was to play all day at Dufan, but there was also an agenda for culinary around Ancol so it was canceled and finally just culinary inside Ancol. Each car with 5 people paid the Ancol entrance fee of 200 thousand. Okay, it's suitable to just stay inside. Suggestion, so that hotel management and Ancol management work together on this matter, so that guests can also do culinary around North Jakarta. For the bathroom, we happened to get a bathroom whose door was a bit difficult to close. Then, the water tap in the washbasin needs to be cleaned again (there was visible scale). But for those who deliberately want to play at Dufan, this hotel is very suitable for a place to stay, because after getting wet playing the rides you can go straight to the room to take a shower. For the staff, okay, all of them are friendly and helpful. Thank you Discovery Ancol.

exciting because there are gymnastics, swimming classes and cooking classes for kids.. the food in my opinion is ok.., yes overall 90% ok.. only the buggy and electric bike rentals are still too expensive for me.. relatively yes.. 😂🙏 the buggy rental price is only one way and if you want to be picked up you pay again. but overall ok.
