Facilities are not satisfactory. AC hot. towels are not suitable to use. toiletries not available. The bed linen is dull or is no longer suitable for use. What I'm complaining for is the standard room type. Please improve the future so that consumers are comfortable, thank you.

1. room door lock is broken, so to enter the room, must report receptionist first, the room door is opened using the master key. complicated. 2. the sower hose is leaking, so bathing is unsatisfactory. 3. the hallway lights in the front of the room and in the recessed receptionist are frightening and scary. 4. not worth selling.

Actually I didn't want to use this hotel, but because there was a big event in Manado, all the good and livable hotels were full, so I was forced to use this hotel. Strategic hotel, unfortunately less attractive. The receptionist is on the 2nd floor, with slow attendant. The lobby seemed bleak and musty. The rooms given are not the same as those shown on Traveloka sites. Room space is very narrow. The layout is not functional. The walls are full of stains, in every corners of room full with dust and cobwebs. Bathroom was very dirty and smelled, the washbasin didn't work, and the water that came out of the shower was very little. I suggest Traveloka to inspect the hotels offered on the site once in a while, so that the facilities at these hotels match the hotel profile on the site, then give feedback to the hotels for improvements. And for Divachk Hotel, if you offer services, please improved it according to hotel standards. So, that guests or users are not disappointed. Thank you

Everything was less satisfied. Starting from the service, the facilities were not satisfied. The shower leaked, the water in the sink didn't work, the shower tub was broken, the elevator didn't work, the sheets were dirty. There is no shampoo, even though for the tariff compared to other hotels, it is very different. There are cheaper but satisfying facilities

First of all, until the hotel lift was broken, even though it was so tired that it was able to get to the 5th floor, once it entered the room it was very dirty, there was a lot of dust, the smell was so strong. Want to find another hotel at night, found contraceptives and packs of wet tissue, like a hotel just for check-in. Quite enough and kapok stay at this hotel.

The staff is friendly, but for more improved facilities, the towels are not feasible to use, the bathroom sink is clogged with water is also slow, lobbying is used for medical practice. Food just like going in and out smells of medicinal smell like being in a hospital.
