I stayed for 6 nights. The staffs are very nice and helpful. No lifts available, so you might need help with your luggage if your room is at the upper floor. Check in is around 2pm local time, but you can check with them first, if your room is ready, they might allow you for early check in. The room is ok, but the towel is quite old and worn out. Be sure to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. Heater, air conditioning and tv are working fine. No kettle/boiler, but maybe can check with the staffs. The location is quite strategic, around 500m walking distance to nagoya mall, around 2km-3km to harbour bay international ferry terminal, lots of alfamart/indomaret nearby, pharmacy (apotik), food stalls, easy access to get taxi and grab services. The price for one night stay is really cheap compared to other hotels in batam. Mine is around myr35/idr100.000 per night, standard room for 2 persons at 3rd floor, on january 2020. At check in, I was given a manual key. However, the key was broken and I was accused of breaking the key and was advised to pay for the key replacement fee. Very poor experience

The hotel location is strategic, suggestions for the hotel cleanliness must be improved again. It is better to prepare towels, pillow cases and sheets when guests check in, so they are cleaner and ready to use.

The room type I ordered did not match what I got. I ordered a deluxe but the deluxe room was not ready when I checked in and was offered a standard room, or told to wait until 1 am to get a deluxe room! Why is the service so bad? We pay not to sleep for free, please comply with what is requested.

There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hot water sometimes doesn't work. Many of the electrical outlets are broken. It's hard to charge your phone.

The room and toilet are quite clean, 2 bottles of mineral water are provided, the AC is quite cold, the TV functions well. In terms of room size, if you are alone, it is still okay, but if there are two of you it feels cramped (standard type), there is still not enough space for praying. For backpackers, it is quite recommended. Overall quite good.

I stayed for 3 nights with Deluxe room. The good thing is they allow early check-in however if you stay for few days straight, don't expect daily housekeeping-they don't even take the trash out. No shampoo, no tooth paste provided, the towels are also very very old and smelly, it is similar to the ones that I used during my previous stay, back in early 2021. Do expect small cockroaches here and there. If you are okay with all these as long as it is cheap, this can be your choice. Anyway thank you Dju Dju Hotel.

Personally, I was really disappointed with the room. In the photo it doesn't look that shabby. But the original was too shabby. The blanket was torn, the pillow smelled a bit musty. And the room smells of cigarette smoke. But just because it's for one night, that's fine. Just not anymore.

Very clean, nice 👍. A good TV, AC cannot adjust (lock on 24celcius), have 2 bottles of water, have 2 towels and shampoo. Small size, no water heater, no tooth brush.
