The hotel room smells of mold, stuffy, poor air circulation. The walls are full of black mold. The toilet is clean. Finally slept in the hotel parking lot because the room smelled so bad. The price is 550 thousand because it was Eid but I didn't get any sleep after a 20-hour trip from Jakarta. I really cried.

Very bad service! The AC wasn't cold, the hot water wasn't on, and the TV couldn't be turned on even though it was written in the facilities that a TV was available! All the pillowcases were moldy, stuffy from the moment you entered until you entered the room, until you checked in you immediately checked out because it really wasn't comfortable! Absolutely not recommended! Most of the people waiting are playing games!

Saya sangat kecewa menginap di hostel ini, padahal sudah tertera nomer housekeeping di tembok tapi pas diminta tolong untuk mengganti keset handuk yang basah kuyup gara-gara waktu mandi airnya otomatis keluar kamar mandi sendiri padahal sudah nyalain shower pelan-pelan, malah jawaban akhirnya 'sebenernya ga ada fasilitas kantor buat bersihin', what?. Memang benar awalnya mereka ketok-ketok untuk bersihin tapi ga jadi karena ga ada yang bukain yang akhirnya mereka ga bisa buka dengan alasan kunci kami bawa, loh masa iya kalian ga punya kunci serepnya? Bukan apa-apa tapi kalo mau sholat di kamar jadi ngga enak dengan keadaan keset basah kuyup kayak gitu, takut najis.

AC di kamar agak panas. TV nya belum digital. Bantal dan selimutnya seperti gak diganti karena bau seperti minyak rambut bapak-bapak gitu. Kamarnya juga pengap. Pas baru sampe di depan banyak tukang bangunan dan banyak asap rokok. Parkir mobil cuma bisa 2 mobil. Lantai kamar banyak debu sekali, kaki sampe item banget.
