Close to Juanda airport and Rungkut area for drinks and F&B, there is a beer garden within walking distance (150 m) from the hotel called Avatar Drinks and Chill, and Gotham coffee shop across the street. Indomaret too, but closed at 12pm. Hotel is surprisingly well built with an industrial vibe, and rooms are well equipped and designed, certainly much better than other hotels in the same price range. Quite jarring to stumble upon this 4-story structure since it is located within an unassuming residential complex. Not many food option around but for local stomach there are some cheap warung lamongan.

The room was fine, but the staff with the glasses … he really needs a training. Unfriendly, uncommunicative & unhelpful! For people like me who ' s visiting Surabaya for the first time, it wasn't a pleasant stay at all.
