Room and everything was great and perfect. Food was delicious. But i need to complaint to get connecting room. I was travelling with kids and already put remarks need connecting room but the staff was not helpful until the manager allowed her to give the connecting room -.-

There is no doubt that Doubletree is the best. The hotel in Surabaya is the same as the one in Jakarta. A top 5-star hotel with a price that is very worth it. The location on Jalan Tunjungan also adds value because you can walk around at night without having to pay any more.

Best service from all staff. The place is soooooooooo great. Complete facilities, very kids friendly. Will come back again another time.

The twin beds are large, the AC is cold and the blankets are comfortable to use. The breakfast variety is very large and delicious. Suitable for families.

suitable for staycation while bringing children because the kidzone arena and swimming pool are very fun. children can stay for hours in this area. can order delicious snacks at affordable prices. for clean and comfortable rooms, the beds even though twin beds are big. complete bathroom equipment, according to its 5 stars. starting from irons, etc. are also available. and interestingly at night you can walk around Jalan Tunjungan which is now very busy, feels like Malioboro hehe, lots of interesting culinary. really fun. you guys have to try it. unfortunately yesterday I didn't get the same breakfast menu so I can't tell you about the breakfast experience. next time I want to try again which is complete with breakfast
