The hotel staff are very friendly in providing service.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, I always stay at this hotel.

I checked in here twice, and both times there was no soap for bathing. The app says no smoking rooms, but I was given a room with an ashtray.

Please help, I'm in room 29, it's really noisy next door (laundry)

Well, I was pretty disappointed. Room 22 had a lot of downsides. 1. The AC wasn't cold at all, no matter how I adjusted it (I've informed the staff, but there was no solution). It seemed like the AC had been on before I checked in, perhaps to cool the room down first, but it still wasn't cold. 2. The toilet flush was broken (the staff tricked me into pulling it, and simply opening the tank lid). 3. Many TV channels didn't work. It didn't meet my expectations. My first impression of the stay was very disappointing. I considered moving to another place, but since it was a weekend night, other places were probably full. Well, what can I do? I think another room would have been fine, but we Traveloka guests were given such a poor room, especially the AC. The room was hot, and we didn't care about anything else; a comfortable rest was enough. My suggestion: if you want to sell a room with deficiencies to still generate income, sell it last to random guests. Just say the room has a certain amount of deficiencies. If they don't mind, then you can sell. Don't be rude to Traveloka guests or guests who booked in full. Guests have the right to receive the standard amenities. Wi-Fi is smooth. Strategic location. Everything is safe. In the future, I'll Don't give me anything like that when you stay here again, Min. Thank you.

Compared to other hotels, this stay was definitely worth it. The staff was also friendly during check-in and check-out.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, I wanted to change rooms but couldn't... not flexible... the service staff were lacking, they all didn't provide good service... the hot water couldn't be used.

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever visited. The room is clean but there are a lot of mosquitoes but it's okay I can still tolerate this, the worst thing is from the beginning of check in until check out the water on the 2nd floor of room no. 68, 69 was blocked. We came from a long journey and were tired and oily and wanted to take a shower etc. but couldn't..😪 We paid 300k/night/room just to sleep without being able to take a shower, brush our teeth, let alone defecate or pee. I know many other low budget hotels but have good facilities. It's not worth it for the price. In the morning there was an empty room on the 1st floor whose people had checked out and the hotel told us to stay there. Very not recommended!!
