It's good, but at first the TV in room number 8 couldn't be turned on, then when I moved to room number 7, the TV was ok.... It's great, but it should be upgraded to LG so I can get Aqua 😆😆😆

The staff is okay, but if you want to color the room, don't use dark colors because dark rooms are hard to take care of, at most bright colors or white so it doesn't feel scary lol. Overall the room is spacious, the bathroom is okay, but the sink doesn't turn on, the hot water is okay, but you have to wait a long time because of the system. The view is quite cool. Maybe there should be a solution for the noisy motorbikes at night, hopefully it can be improved again, thanks

Got a family room so it was quite spacious, with 2 king beds, there was also a balcony, hot water was also available for bathing, considering the cool weather of Lembang, the towels were also clean. Maybe it was just the atmosphere that was less supportive because it was a bit quiet when walking in the hotel corridors

In fact, if the room is well maintained, it can be comfortable because it has a good view. In every corner there are many spider webs, dusty, getting a room in the upper corner is a bit scary to access the room. Then you have to pay again to brush your teeth, I thought the room price already included 1 toileters package. Hopefully the owner reads this and fixes it.

The room is actually quite worth it to stay in. But it's not soundproof, especially since I brought my wife and child. The next room is very loud when doing that. There are no toiletries like soap. Other than that, it's still okay for that price. It's just that it's not soundproof, which is the only minus.

The room was dirty, dusty and had cobwebs, like it hadn't been used or cared for for a long time. The service wasn't friendly, we deliberately borrowed a broom to sweep the room, thinking it would be swept, but it turned out we just left it there.

The room does not match the image in the app, dirty. The balcony is also dirty. Even though the room type taken is a suite. Beyond expectations. The toilet, towels, curtains and other amenities are not good. Borrowing 1 hanger was said to be absent, asking for a replacement towel was also the same. Disappointing.

Saya tiba sekitar jam 2 subuh, awalnya bingung karena tidak ada tukang parkir dan posisi resepsionis tersembunyi. Proses check-in mudah, sempat diberikan kamar yang agak gelap lampunya, akhirnya minta pindah kamar dan diberikan dengan mudah. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Dinding kamar tipis, obrolan kamar sebelah kedengeran.
