Nice hotel, spacious room, complete facilities, friendly and helpful staff. We came as a family during Eid. The food in the restaurant is quite complete at breakfast, but many menus are not available at dinner or room service.

I was a bit annoyed when I checked in because I had requested an extra bed from the start of booking, but when I checked in the hotel receptionist said the extra beds were sold out. After I asked for a solution, the answer was that there was no solution. But finally I got an extra bed, I don't know where I got it from π€¦π»ββοΈ

My first time staying at the Eastern Hotel Bojonegoro, the first time I entered the lobby was nice with quite friendly service, but when I entered the room, I was disappointed because the room looked cramped and the bathroom was not very clean. There was no mirror in the room so it was confusing when I wanted to get ready to go and the chair in the room was crooked when I sat down. There was no shelf in the bathroom to dry towels, the soap and shampoo system did not use a press dispenser because it used a tube so we needed to buy additional soap from outside, the toilet was dirty with yellow crust, the sink faucet shook when we turned it on/off as if it was about to come off, the glass wall of the bathroom was too transparent so it could be seen from the bed which was not suitable if staying with family, the bathroom exhaust fan was dead. The swimming pool and surrounding facilities were not very clean, the wooden floor on the edge of the pool looked fragile and there was no repair, only a rope and a prohibition sign were provided. The breakfast menu was not varied and felt like it needed to be improved. Sorry, this is my impression of staying last night at a 4-star hotel but it is very unfortunate that the quality and facilities are very lacking and there is no great impression. Thank you

too stiff with guests, because I happen to enjoy staycations in various 5-star hotels, so what I feel is very far from the service.
the first one.. it seems like if you want to stay 5 nights or more, there will be no tolerance whatsoever, check out must be on time.
so it looks like there is a lack of empathy to see the guest's condition, it should be seen first, this mother checked out 30 minutes late because of what.
coincidentally my children are 4, still small, no maid.
so when I pack it does take a long time. from preparing the baby, toddler, kids with lots of stuff after staying 5 days.
and not seeing enough.. this guest for example has booked how many nights, how many rooms, I've even tried the president suit.. it turns out the service is also not very friendly.
in my opinion it's too stiff.. how can you attract guests to become loyal customers.
far from the service of 4.5 star hotels in Jakarta..

Overall, I'm satisfied. What needs to be considered during breakfast is that when one type of food runs out, it must be refilled immediately while there are still many people who haven't had breakfast.

Came here because of the location.
Good, but when CI explained the rules: If you change your sleeping place and it is prohibited by ABC, you will get a fine of a nominal amount... Immediately down, even though you won't do it.
But overall everything is OK

The room's AC is open so that it allows mice/other animals to enter the room, and it's true that my child saw a mouse from above (ceiling) peeking into the room area π€ͺπ€ͺπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ.
