Emerald Hotel Pangandaran

the hotel room is quite spacious enough for a family, only the hot water shower doesn't work, the water flow is also small. the location of the hotel is very close to the beach, so you can play anytime. for food there is less variety, and very standard. overall, quite satisfied with the service.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the location is strategic, and the visitors' cars are also washed 😍 If you are on holiday, it is suitable to stay at the Emerald Hotel.

The staff is friendly, but when I wanted to borrow an iron, they said it was available for borrowing, but they didn't bother. The place is comfortable, but there are some things that don't work properly, like the sink faucet, and the door lock can't use a card.

The hotel staff is quite helpful & the hotel location is strategic.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to the west and east coasts, plus it's comfortable for families.

hot water is only lukewarm, when I complained to the officer, he said that there was a repair going on and it would not be possible to finish that day. the bathroom door handle was broken and the lock used a manual slot, the towels were no longer clean and white, the officers were not very friendly, breakfast was okay even though there were not many choices. the front view of the room was a market. the location is close to the east and west coasts. the smell in the room smelled like onions.

I stayed 2 nights, The floor to the room was sticky, dirty. Maybe because there were not enough staff. The first night I asked for wifi access, the receptionist said. 'We are waiting from wifi id' Tomorrow I asked again, it turned out there was no wifi in the room. In the room there were also only 4 TV channels, imagine bringing 3 small children who like to watch without internet access. There was no hot water in the bathroom, my baby cried hysterically every time I bathed him because he was cold. I asked. Why is there no hot water, again the receptionist said it was being repaired. My baby took a cold shower for 2 days. For breakfast, the food on the first day was quite varied, on the second day don't ask, it was just basic. The point is I paid quite a lot for 2 nights and it drained my pocket because it was high season, and I got poor hotel service. For anyone who stays here, think again, everything. The good thing is this hotel is close to the beach, so it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool which is quite good rather than pouting in a hotel room with no wifi, no TV channels

In terms of food and hotel facilities, it can be said to be quite good, but everything is inferior to the friendliness of the staff there, which makes me reluctant to go back there again. Maybe this is my first and last experience staying at the Emerald Hotel Pangandaran.

The hotel is comfortable, the pool is clean, the food for breakfast is delicious, hopefully next time I can stay at the Emerald Hotel again.

Stayed 4 days 3 nights. In terms of price, it is really worth it, strategic location, service from the receptionist, kitchen staff, cleaning service, to those who clean the vehicles, everything is great, the service is unified. The hotel management is good. Oh yes, selis and ATV rentals are also near the opposite side of the hotel and the people guarding them are friendly.
