several times ordered a single bed. after checking in, the receptionist informed that the single bed was no longer available with the reason that when ordering there should be an additional note. why should it be complicated, if it really isn't available, it can be removed from the application so that customers don't choose the single bed.

I was quite disappointed because I got a room that had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke even though I ordered a non-smoking one, the air conditioner smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets didn't smell dry, there was no spoon for stirring the coffee and the water heater kettle was still dirty. The wardrobe smells bad. The water heater doesn't work. The price is high but the facilities and service do not match expectations. Please pay attention and improve.
