What a night...super satisfied!

Strategic location, clean, and all the staff are friendly.

everything is okay..the location is close to many places to eat..the family room is okay..only the swimming pool is small.

Overall, this hotel is very good and also recommended, as I have given my assessment regarding the location, service, comfort, cleanliness and also the food. But there are some shortcomings that I feel, namely: 1. The AC in the room cannot be adjusted, and the temperature is too cold. I have asked the technician to set it at 22 C, but it turned out that not long after the temperature returned to 17 C, so we were forced to turn off the AC when we slept. This was also complained about by my other guests who stayed here, especially the parents. 2. The elevator is not connected. Because I stayed here for my child's wedding, when I wanted to go to the reception room on the 11th floor or other rooms on the 12th floor, from my room I had to change elevators first on the 13th floor to go to the 11th or 12th floors. This was quite inconvenient. 3. I stayed here for my son's wedding, so I needed to book a large number of rooms for my extended family and guests who would be staying here. But it turned out that the price given by the hotel management was much higher than the price online. There was no special price given to us, even though we wanted to book a large number of rooms. When this was conveyed, they only said that we should just book online. In my opinion, this is very unfortunate, because the hotel should have been able to provide a better price compared to outside agents, because I held a party there and booked a large number of rooms. That's all my complaints during my stay there. Hopefully it can be input and improvement for the hotel (except maybe for point 2). Thank you.

It's amazingly good and special. Only the room is dusty and the bathroom is too small and the sink is inside the room. I ordered about 1 year ago, everything was good and the sink in the bathroom was made 1. Now it has changed to be uncomfortable.

It's very nice for family to stay and it's definitely close to everywhere.

For the room is quite big and the one I got is also clean, the AC is cold. The location is quite strategic, only the parking lot is quite narrow because the land is quite limited. For breakfast, the taste is ordinary, for the choices are not enough, but still varied. Oh yes if you join a member there is a discount for the next visit and at the restaurant.

The place is really good. I will come back again.

The staffs and facilities are super kids friendly, but as for the room, we ordered the biggest one, unfortunately no window that can get sunshine. Thank you.

Overall everything is good, only the taste of the food is still unstable. It doesn't mean it's not delicious but the taste / marination process is still lacking and some foods are too dry due to the heating effect of the serving place.

I ordered sup daging asam pedas in the restaurant. But they mistakenly gave me lamb instead. They quickly gave me a replacement of food and sent it to my room. Also, they gave me a fruit platter to clean my palate. Overall the staff is so helpful and "gercep".

Clogged sink, clogged bathroom, broken shampoo bottle soap holder can't be used. Food tastes too plain

The parking lot is narrow and you have to change elevators if you want to have breakfast. Overall, the location is good and there will be no shortage of culinary tourism.
