The standardization is very different from other Archipelago groups, besides that, for a 4-star class whose price is already high, children's breakfast is still charged, the reason is that it is only free for 2 people, and strangely because we asked for a charge to the room, how come when we checked out the price was different for the first and second day 🤦

The room is nice and clean, but all the breakfast food has chili. Fried rice has chili, soy sauce chicken has chili, fried fish has chili, vegetables has chili, even though there is foreign chili sauce, the menu should not have chili anymore so that children can eat. My child was charged 50 thousand but could only eat cereal, chicken porridge, and the eggs in the chicken porridge were not fresh. The white bread was dry and smelly. Btw in other hotels (Bandung, Jogja) a 5 year old child has never been charged for breakfast, here they were charged at a price as if the child was eating an adult portion. Even though the menu was disappointing.

Gym equipment is very limited, the bathroom door doesn't close properly at the bottom, so water comes out into the sink area, when it was time to check out we were already called so we were in a hurry so we left some things behind, luckily the cleaning service was quick to return them.

the hotel is nice, I didn't expect that in Linggau there is a hotel as nice as this, I really enjoyed staying here, the kids are also happy. the room is quite spacious, clean, the bathroom is also clean. the swimming pool is nice and big. the breakfast is okay. the atmosphere is calm, it is really suitable for taking the kids on vacation and staying here. highly recommended.
