The hotel room was quite good with the warm ambience and soundproof wall. The room and the bathroom was quite clean with amenity include tooth paste and its brush. no more, no less. They also committed to the sustainable environment with a less plastic use and refilll water dispenser along the aisle. Security staffs were so gentle and welcoming. And all the receptionist was very gentle at the first time I came here. Touché.. But one note still remind disturbing in my head once I left the hotel with the checkout receptionists. Tho I know most of the hotel staffs do the check for every guess after leaving the hotel, but mostly they don't makeit obviously clear by saying "Can you please wait? We need to do the check for 5-10 minutes in the room before you go" and suddenly contacted all the security with HT literally in front of my eyes. Even the front security could know that the room number of mine will leaving so do the check. I, to be honest had never experienced such things before even in the same Fave hotel around Java Island... Presumably like I was trying to steal something out of it. Maybe that's only personal matter but I pretty disturbed and will think again to do another check-in in the future. Thx.

Good food, clean place, central location.

The breakfast is really good. Beyond my expectations for a 3-star hotel.

There is nothing delicious about the breakfast, the hotel corridor carpet is dirty, there is a lot of dust on the carpet in front of the room corridor, it is not good for children's health

The hotel is close to the station, easy access. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. With affordable prices and great facilities.

The staff are all friendly, they greet you every time you pass by. I often stay at other places but this is the friendliest. All the rooms are also clean. You can refill water because there is a dispenser outside the room. The location is also close to Malioboro. I will come here again next time. Thumbs up.

Comfortable room. Ample parking available. No need to wait long for the elevator.

March 8 to March 10 I stayed here, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious and the air conditioning was cold. The bathroom water was all working well, keep up the good work

Very good service and comfortable to stay

Overall, it was the best budget hotel for couples or families with one child. The staff were helpful, from the receptionist to the facility keeper. I would recommend staying here on your first day of the trip, so you can enjoy strolling from the hotel to the Tugu and Malioboro Street.

My favorite place to stay when traveling and staying in Jogja is definitely Fave Hotel.
