Extending the stay is complicated. Do you have to go through the app first? You can go directly to the receptionist. Although when booking you do use the app, you can go directly to the receptionist from now on.

This is my first time staying at a hotel where it turns out that the mineral water available in the room must be paid for upon check out. It is very expensive, the mineral water 1.5lt is 15k and the access card is difficult to connect to the door. But the room is comfortable, the bathroom is also clean.

Honestly, it's rare to be really disappointed at first because I was given a room that wasn't ready, then after complaining, it was changed. Please be more careful, FO. The breakfast is already good, there's a traditional porridge stall, hopefully it will be better in the future. The a la carte food tastes really good, great 🥰🥰🥰😋😋
