Parking is limited although there is valet. Overall comfortable because the hotel access is in the city. Easy to go anywhere. Room lighting is too dim.

Staying at the Fitra Hotel is fun, it's been the umpteenth time staying here. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, close to km2, so it makes things very easy for us.

The hotel staff was very friendly in serving the guests even though we arrived early in the morning. The room was small but very comfortable. Well, the most important thing is the bathroom was clean. Large flat TV even though the room was small ππΎππΎ

The staff service is friendly and provides solutions. The rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. Child-friendly because there is a free playground, but as a suggestion, the cleanliness of the playground should also be considered. For example: keeping the playground room free from unpleasant odors, cleaning the toys.
