The hotel staff is friendly, there is a shuttle service to the airport and breakfast can be provided during sahur. The room is comfortable and clean. The downside is, the bathroom has hot water that doesn't work and the taste of the food doesn't match.

Comfortable for resting, close to the airport and can be delivered.
There are several inconveniences;
1. Lots of mosquitoes
2. The hot water doesn't work properly
3. The TV remote also doesn't work
for all comfortable.

Please improve the check-in service (don't just have 1 person on standby). Breakfast variations are lacking & food refills also take a long time (there is only 1 staff on standby). The water in the bathroom is also not hot.

Hotel cleanliness is lacking.
I don't mind old hotels or old furniture, but please maintain it well.
Hotel cleanliness must be improved.
When I first entered the room, there was still hair, even cotton bud marks on the floor that hadn't been cleaned... even though I checked in at night, and had booked a week before, so there should have been plenty of time to clean the room... the hotel also didn't seem to be fully booked, not too crowded.
For breakfast, the place is not family friendly, there is no separation between smokers and non-smokers, flies are quite annoying, it seems like pest control is also not good. In my food that I was about to take, there were also strands of hair from who knows where.
In my opinion, cleanliness should be number 1. Once cleanliness is ignored, the rating will go down.
Please improve the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel.

The shower was just not good enough. Everything else was great. That day, the breakfast was okay but we need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the food, such as the vegetables. Because at that time, there were black vegetables piled up like dirt when we were about to eat them. Hopefully, it will be better in the future. 😃.

The hotel and traveloka layoffs also prioritize solutions for their customers. Srn a little for the standard room, the bottom of the sink is cut a little.
