The room is quite spacious and clean, the service is friendly. Only the breakfast options are less interesting. Only fried rice is served, nothing else.

I booked the hotel from the 17th-21st via the app when I checked in the staff was quite friendly as soon as I entered the room the room atmosphere was not very clean the sheets and floor of the room because there was still hair scattered on the floor also the bathroom towels and shower were not very supportive because the water from the shower came out small and uneven I only stayed one night even though I had paid in full for 4 nights the next morning I checked out even though the 3 nights were burnt and also the parking lot was very unsupportive narrow and difficult to park please pay attention to the hotel especially in terms of cleanliness.

Yang bagus di hotel ini cuma lokasi dan ukuran kamar cukup luas. Lainnya: bedshit, kumel dan seperti bekas pakai tamu sebelumnya, Handuk alamak dekilnya dan bolong-bolong seperti sudah bertahun tahun tidak ada pengadaan baru, Sikat gigi dan odolnya tidak tersedia meski ngakunya itu kelas deluxe, jet shower airnya keluar seperti jet tapi amat kecil. Jadi kalau mau menginap di sini bawa sendiri tuh sprey kasur, handuk, sikat dan pasta gigi sendiri, hiks.

The rooms are nice, the bathrooms are pretty and clean, there are elevator facilities, strategic location near the galaxi mall, its campus and UNAIR campus, many culinary delights near the hotel, the breakfast is decent for a price that cheap.

Service is quite good, employees are friendly. sufficient facilities, it's just that WiFi can't be connected. The bathroom is quite clean but the water is not strong enough, the air conditioner is cold enough.

I found a security that unhelpful. only one that didn't help at all. other is helpful. when I came and check out the same security didn't help us with the bag. my 70 old parents bring the bag and goods by themselves. he is chatting with other people around there. and when I ask "is this the sop here for old people ? not helping at all? he said if if you want help he needs order from above. I don't know who is above him. so disappointing. many times I am staying here, just this time found this security. no complain about other things, but now gonna seek alternatives place to stay after this disappointment

there are 4 securities here,1 is so unhelpful. my parents that 70 years old bring luggage and organize luggage, 1 security didn't help at all. he said I must order him from room if I need help. my printer is broken here too when organizing luggage with my 70 years old with my parents. I don't know if that security don't know how to treat old men

I stayed in room 206. The room interior is actually nice & spacious. No complaint about it. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't seem to work. In fact, it was quite hot in the room. I could barely sleep at all during the evening. And also, the bedsheet was gross! At an initial glance, the bedsheet seemed clean enough. But when I turned the bedsheet over, the inside was dirty & stained! Just...gross.
