Initially given a room on the 2nd floor, often had wifi problems, moved to the 1st floor, the AC was leaking, and the water heater couldn't be set directly to hot water, and ended up moving to the 2nd floor again in a different room... just disappointed with the facilities that were not well maintained, and the cleanliness of the floor under the bed seemed to be rarely cleaned... the rest of the staff etc were still okay, quickly handling customer complaints... hopefully this can be input

A comfortable enough hotel to be a destination to stay, away from the very hectic atmosphere of Karawang city The hotel is very good, in terms of rooms and cleanliness and we can request check-in time Friendly staff service pleasant stay experience maybe what needs to be upgraded is the price margin because in my opinion, with the price listed you can get a fairly spacious room, suitable for just stopping by because of the limited room size but overall is so good 🩷

The water was off for about 2 hours. We were not informed by the hotel staff, until we had to ask the receptionist directly. The repair was also not informed of the duration. When the water finally returned to normal, what came out was cloudy/black water.
