Comfortable enough at an economical price. Clean rooms. The bathroom is also clean. So for the price of 100 thousand, the facilities are very good.

Already paid dearly, the air conditioner is really hot. You already know the big room, the location of the AC is there, so obviously it doesn't hit all of them. The PK is also small.

The AC is hot, there are cockroaches, the shower water is hot for a long time.

It's like a boarding house, staying for a few days when you go to Surabaya is okay. The air conditioner is not cold enough , it's pretty close to the oncologist hospital.

The room is clean, hot water runs smoothly, cold ac, coincidentally waiting for an Ospek child at its. Not bad for 2 nights transit. But why is there no mirror and ventilation in the room? In the middle of the night I feel cramped because in the room there is no air ventilation at all .

Bagus kok, serius kamarnya memang kecil tapi nyaman banget bersih, kamar mandinya juga nyaman, tapi AC nya kurang dingin, tapi gapapa sih sudah oke, aku nyaman banget tidur di sini.

The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioner works, the warm water is on, the reception service is also satisfactory, both Ms. and Mas are on duty, the location of the guest house is very close to the residential mosque. Instead I was allowed to check in at 12 noon, even though according to the rules check-in should have started at 2 pm. The point is that the venue and service are very good for a guest house for 100 thousand, very inversely proportional to the negative reviews and comments that already exist. Recommended to try, next vacation, God willing, come here again.

Dirty room with lots of cockroaches, asked for help to clean it instead said that my item brought insects even though the next day there were more, hot water sometimes turned on, the male receptionist was lacking *j*r

Guest house yang pelayanannya ramah, tempat tidur nya sangat bersih dan suasana yang tenang, nyaman buat beristirahat.

Not to discredit. But suggestions to advance. AC is very hot. Until it's not washed. The indoor ac filter is very dirty. Although the receptionist said he just changed freon. But at night I pulled the filter and washed it in the bathroom. It's a shame I didn't take a photo. Directed to the body of the wind. Just can sleep. For standard mattresses. Got 2 bottles of drinking water. 24-hour receptionist. Television antenna less clear. The bathroom is still okay even though the timing of the shower is rather forced. Hot and cold water. Which is considered about the AC. Because there is no ventilation. Very stuffy for the first time entered. Plus the AC heat for up to 2 hours to stay hot. Change the room to hot. Small room but tidy & clean. Receptionist was helpful. They provide towel & soap. But they should've informed which room available to smoking / not on description page.

It's really good for an overnight break, but it's really a shame the placement of the air conditioner is not exactly right so it's just a bit hot and far from eating places and minimarkets. It's already good.

I booked a family room with room capacity for 3 people for 2 nights. Bed is for 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed) but the towels provided are only for 2 people. when I asked for additional towels, Receptionist did not allow because the rules of the boss were only provided with 2 towels. I forced to buy a new towel at one of the supermarkets which was located quite far from the guest house (because I had to take the ojol to go home), to go to the nearest supermarket. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is enough. Even though hot water comes and goes (sometimes sometimes it doesn't). Mineral water for the room is provided with 2 bottles and only for the first day! The second day there was no mineral water. When I asked if there was no more mineral water, the answer was no. And there are women who are hobbies sitting on the stairs so that if guests want to pass by, it will not feel good themselves. Because the mbak art doesn't budge from her seat and from the cellphone she is holding? If the service can still be improved, the things that I have conveyed earlier could be a correction for the guest house owner. Because I think limited mineral water and towels can be unpleasant for guests. Unfortunately, even though the location and atmosphere of the guest house is quite good.

TV channel all errors. so long uncomfortable there because of boredom.

The rooms are neat, clean, employees are friendly, kind, polite, recommended is the main thing, suitable for a place to stay for those who want to take a walk in the city of Surabaya.

The place is nice, comfortable, quiet, for a busy area of Surabaya, good lah.
