We got a room on the 1st floor near the parking lot. At night there was the sound of rats walking on the roof of the room. It was very disturbing to the comfort.

Kami menginap selama 2 malam di kamar 221. Kamar mandi airnya tergenang. Springbed dan batal ada flek bekas cairan. Aroma kamar bau lembab. AC kurang dingin. Jet shower closet airnya kecil. Hotel bintang 3 tapi kualitas seperti melati. Overprice!

Prices do not match quality. The room smells musty, the table shakes like it's about to come off, there's no hot water even though it's been set to the hottest but not hot at all even though in a cold waterfall you really need hot water for bathing. What is clear is very far from expectations with the price of a five-star hotel class.
