Goodrich Suites Jakarta

Okay great escape and staycation.

It was our first experience visit Goodrich suites. Our first impression was so good, because the interior design there so classy & full of flowers. We really like almost every corner of this hotel. They really give serious attention to the design & elements that they used in the lobby, restaurant, room, and every spot. Our bedroom is quite large, also the bathroom with bathub. We really like the sofa spot near the big window with sunset & toll road view. For the TV, we already requested the TV that can access netflix but we didn't get that (maybe they don't have that facilities), but the TV was turned off suddenly 2 times when we were watching local channel. And also we really disturbed when the night come maybe 10pm - 2am, the music sound was come from others floor (maybe bar floor). And then when we filled the bathub, the waters quite yellowish, so we decided not to sunk there. Also I felt lil itchy after visiting there, because of the bed sheet or blanket. Other than that, we really appreciate the breakfast. The menu was so complete, you can find nasgor, bubur ayam, bubur sumsum, pasty, naskun, noodles, soto/rawon (I forgot) even you can eat popcorn if you want. They also provide one person to cook the egg directly (you can choose omlete, or anytype of egg you want). But maybe, the hotels can improve the flavor of the breakfast. So for the summary, we really enjoy staying at Goodrich suites, but maybe it will be better if the management can improve the cleanliness of the bed sheet & blanket, TV facilities, water for bathub (maybe maintenance the filter/water pipe), and please do something that can reduce the big echo from bar floors. Maybe we will be back if Goodrich already improved that. Anyway thankyou so much for the eye-pleasant decoration!

The ambience is very good and helpful staff.

It's my 2nd time stay in this hotel. I love this hotel so far, this time I ordered the room type: suite royal, the room are spacious than the standard one, it has big bathroom, which is good for me who always love the bathroom while staying in the hotel, the room are so aesthetic for me personally. But the location kind of hard to find at night. The AC was cold, but there's no tissue in this room (only in bathroom) which is I hope this hotel can provide the tissue inside the bedroom not just in the bathroom. Overall, it's worth the price. ❤️

Was a good staycation but somehow in the middle of night there is massive leaking water. Me and partner was so shocked. So we need to give the technician and room service to fix our room for around 30-40minutes and there is nothing that they can do only we just need to wait the technician and room service to fix it. Hope this never happen again.

The room is very clean and spacious. I love the ambiance. In the bathroom there is an inactive window that cannot be opened, but it seems like the side curtains aren't tight enough, so I'm worried that while I'm showering, someone will peek/be seen from outside the hotel building.

The room that I've booked has cockroach in the bathroom and the bathroom smells, carpet a bit wet like havent dried, the shower broke, the bidet in the closet only have hot water and the staff doesn't know how to fix it. We've complained and they upgraded our room but the bathroom still has the same quality. Overall OK but can be improve much more.

Design kamar superb, materials fabric dan materials furniture sangat baik👏. Kebersihan 3/5 banyak debu terlihat dari led di wardrobe yg sangat keliatan dan bbrp spot lain. Ada gipsum yang mau runtuh didepan jendela kamar. View nya ganggu banget. 😀. AC awal nya tidak ada angin keluar, check in 2 jam sampe keringetan, pas minta ke room service, engineering dateng gercep, langsung dibetulin ditempat 👍. Layanan breakfast di restaurant staff ramah dan helpful❤️. Makanan B saja, cukup bervariatif. Layanan Reception B sekali. Layanan room service lamaa sekali. Minta air mineral sampe 3x tel baru di anter, begitu pula pesan makanan, setelah tel 2x, di janjikan 10 menit lagi selesai akan di kirim, sudah lebih 20 menit belom terkirim juga (tapi maklum karena bulan puasa yaa ) Luasan kamar tidak sesuai dgn yg tertera di app, 45 m2, kenyataan jauh di bawah ini, kecewa karena pas beli di app traveloka, di harga normal tiba2 di IG hotel keluar promo beda 20% lebih murah. Hihihi. Dan ternyata kamar terkecil yg kami dapat. 🥹. Bocor suara mobil, motor luar biasa, berisik sekali. Seperti nya seal soundproff jendela tidak berfungsi sama sekali, jadi sempet terbangun bbrp kali pas tidur malam ada motor ngebut2 an depan hotel. Bahkan suara polisi cepek yang bantu mobil unt you turn sangat terdengar jelas. Overall menginap di sini cukup menyenangkan, mudahan ada perbaikan dari management 🙏🏻.
