The AC is not as cold as the review, it's quite cheap and okay in my opinion. The owner is old, doesn't understand gadgets very well, please don't turn it off when reviewing, if possible give input.

Strategic location, AC needs repair because it is not cold. There is no elevator so it is troublesome if you bring a lot of stuff up the stairs.

There is no heater for drinking water, coffee, no tea. There's only a bucket in the tub, the shower pipe is leaking, the AC isn't cold. Wifi is slow.

Air shower di lantai 3 sangat kecil gak bisa buat mandi, jadi harus nimba pake ember yang ada. Ac nya gak dingin, dengan harga 300 kalo di banding hotel lain fasilitas sudah maksimal tapi sekelas penginapan ini harga 300 gak worth it dah.

Harga 325.000 ngga banget dan buat rekomen tamu-tamu yang mau nginep kamar ngga ada wangi-wangi nya, AC panas, kamar penggap, TV kecil, perkengkapan mandi cuma sabun batangan 2 doang air kamar mandi kecil, tidur ngga nyaman dan berisik sama bunyi talang air, haduh, nyesel banget nginep di sini, ngga lagi-lagi lah.

It is close to Lawang Sewu, Tugu Muda, then opposite the Karang Ayu market, but finding food is rather difficult.

Found 2 small cockroaches when entering the room (I langaung stepped on) and in the morning there was one big cockroach in the bathroom.

The air conditioner is broken hot. The water is small. There are no tissue and other facilities. The room is not comfortable. The sheets are dirty. It's bad anyway. I don't recommend staying at this hotel.
