We just stayed in transit in the city, stayed one night. The room was clean and breakfast is good enough for me and my family. Also, parking space is available for guests using a car.

Don't order a studio type, from the trivial, the wifi is on but not connected. The bathroom toilet flushing has been running for 2.5 months without being fixed, because it was shared, so I found a lot of "dirt" from other customers that was not flushed because the flushing was dead. The B3 waste room is next to the toilet but the door has been broken for 2.5 months without being fixed. I stay here once a month, it's been about 5 times and this is too much. It's a budget hotel but not like that. Hopefully you read it and IMPROVE.

The hotel is located in the city center area, close to the mall and lots of food around the hotel..
The staff is friendly, the parking lot is quite spacious
But because the floor is made of vinyl, it makes a sound when stepped on and is slippery

Location near the city center.
The room is not soundproof, noisy if you choose the front room facing the main road.
The bathroom is transparent glass, not suitable for families. Suitable for affairs.
The condition of the room is not checked when there is a complaint or when it is cleaned. Such as leaking AC, sheets still have hair marks. Maybe not washed.

During my recent trip, I booked a stay at Grand Citihub Hotel @Kartini, drawn by its great location—close to the city center, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining options nearby.
Checking in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities met expectations for a budget-friendly stay, with decent amenities available.
However, the room comfort was lacking. The ambiance felt a bit dull, and the soundproofing was poor, making it hard to get a restful sleep with noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
Cleanliness was another downside. While the common areas seemed well-maintained, my bedroom could have been cleaner, with noticeable dust and a less-than-fresh feeling in the linens.
Overall, if location and budget are your priorities, this hotel is a reasonable choice. But if you value a quiet, spotless room, you might want to consider other options.
