The room is clean and nice towwana, but there is no swimming pool. My kids like the one with the swimming pool, but it's worth it because the price is quite cheap.

the hotel location is very strategic unfortunately the hotel is too old and there is no adequate maintenance.
this is a hotel with the dirtiest linen during my stay in various hotels. I was itchy because there were many fleas or insects in the bed that bit me.
my family and I thought we would have a pleasant stay because when we checked in the receptionist read out a lot of rules that had to be obeyed.
the hotel terrace and parking lot were very dirty. cigarette butts and used glasses from the beginning of check in to check out were still in the same place.
the AC and TV remotes were not working properly and the wifi could not be accessed.
hopefully it will be better in the future.

I've stayed here several times and it's always good. But I want to give you some advice, why is there no hot water in the bathroom? Also, the lights are a bit off at the table. Please pay attention. The problem is that there are many guests, so you have to always check the rooms where the lights are off and the blankets are bald π or not white anymore. Other than that, everything is good πͺ. I've been staying here since 2004 until now. When it was still called Citra Wisata.

The room that was booked was not ready, they said it would be cleaned for about 30 minutes. After waiting a long time, it looked like the room was still dirty, the sheets and pillow cases had not been changed, as if they had been used before.
