Asked for a single bed type, the receptionist said it was full, only twins but if you add another price of 60 thousand/night you can get a single bed type.

The type of room you reserved is the superior (standard) type. Because there is no special request for single or twin beds on the booking voucher, we will adjust it to room availability when you come to check in. When you arrived, you checked in, our superior single room (1 bed) was full. Because you asked for a single room with 1 bed and the availability of 1 bed was in the deluxe type (room above the superior type) so we offered to upgrade the room at an additional cost of IDR 60,000.-. So we apologize if there is a misunderstanding regarding the additional fee of IDR 60,000/night explained by our receptionist.
