The staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the room is clean, the food is delicious. Just a suggestion for the price of add-on breakfast for children, don't charge it in full. Even a 5-star hotel has different prices for children and adults.

love staying here, the location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza, just walk, if you want to eat, just go across the hotel. the breakfast is delicious and varied.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The staff is also friendly. It's just not soundproof enough so the noise of vehicles is quite disturbing when sleeping at night.

Very disappointing, sahur meal service is delivered to the room for those who are fasting, while those who are not fasting can have breakfast at the restaurant. The food delivered is also not to taste. The taste of the food is too salty.

Just a little trouble but no problem. Initially we ordered a double bed but it became a single bed. The others are all okay. In the future, I can stay at this hotel again if I go to Surabaya. The service is really good.

First I booked Grand Inna because it is a 4 star and strategic location. When I got to the room the bathroom light was off. I was too lazy to complain because I was only there for a day. The bathroom equipment, the shower, was old and the water didn't come out smoothly so it was uncomfortable. As for the room and cleanliness, it was good. For breakfast: the taste was very B. Needs to be improved. The coffee was very weak, there was no coffee flavor. The food variety was very lacking. The staff were all very friendly, keep it up.
