Everything is nice and comfortable, but only the water in the bathroom is small and sometimes the drain is clogged. Please fix it again, so that it is more comfortable for everyone who wants to stay.

haaaa it took so long to check in, just to check in, we had to wait up to 3 hours with the excuse that the room had not been cleaned up yet, we arrived at half past 2 and entered the room at 5 (that was because we had already complained about a refund), this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that's this strange, I swear!!

The room smelled of urine, the sheets were itchy and the next day I asked for a change because I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The location is in the middle of the city, next to the town square. It's beautiful to see the Kapuas River with boats and big ships and beautiful lights.

No towels 😭 TV can't be used 😭 Card storage is broken. Hot water shower doesn't work, toilet is a bit difficult 😭 Noisy AC 😭 Room is not soundproof 😭 No wifi at all 😭😭😭 That's all and thank you 🙏

Room 326 needs rejuvenation. The bathroom is still functioning but is old, crusty. The AC is cold but noisy. The sheets, blankets, pillowcases are old. The hotel hallway smells bad. The elevator buttons need rejuvenation. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The hotel is horrible, old, stuffy, the bed is hard, the room smells musty, the sheets are dirty, the carpet is dirty. It's really scary to stay here 🫣 Just checked in for 5 minutes, then checked out immediately, it's really scary. 😖

The bathroom shower doesn't produce water so you have to use a hose from the toilet to shower. Apart from that, the pillows smell musty as if the pillowcases haven't been changed.

It's not like a hotel, the first time I stayed here the service was still okay, I booked a room a long time ago but didn't get the room I ordered, the hotel staff were unfriendly, many items were broken such as the TV not working, the walls were broken, the room smelled, and the toilet was a bit clogged, the intention was to book this hotel to see the beauty of the Kapuas River but didn't get the room I booked, I booked a queen bed and got a double bed, not suitable for staying for a vacation, the accommodation is even better than this
