Thank you Grand Krakatau.... Staying here 2x in 1 month was a very pleasant thing for us🥰 The first time we stayed in a Deluxe Double Bed type room, although we couldn't enjoy Snacks and the contents of the mini fridge Alhamdulillah we had brought our own and our stay was not long (only a few hours because we had to go to Bandung that night)🥰The second time we stayed in a Superior Double Bed type room with free Snacks in the room🥰Alhamdulillah they served us well. InsyaAllah next time we will stay here again when school holidays arrive🥰Maintain the quality😘💪🏻The breakfast menu is not disappointing.

The receptionist is rude and the face is not pleasant, why is it displayed in front? I didn't try the food because I read bad reviews. Still have to leave an ID in the digital era, even though the ID can be copied like other hotels. The room key for a hotel of almost the same price as Horison is still manual. Please invest!

Hotel ok. Pelayanannya juga Oke. Cuman masa Snack nya yang sudah tersedia di Kamar harus bayar 30rb. Padahal bukan roti. Hanya photato dan kacang ' sukro doang. Itupun harga 30rb satu. Yang ke dua, masa hotel sudah mewah, konci nya seperti konci rumah biasa '. Tolong diperbaiki dong.
