Please improve the internet speed, the WiFi is super slow, even when I want to zoom in on a meeting or watch YouTube, it lags, and it also sounds noisy outside the room like someone is doing karaoke so I can't rest on the weekend from morning to evening, the pillows are hard and it hurts my neck. Other than that, the food is delicious, the cleanliness is okay.

good, spacious car park, right on the side of a big road, clean room + clean toilet, then all the staff are friendly and I was also given a drink + dates to break my fast for free, masyaallah, my suggestion is to choose the superior twin bed which is more comfortable than the standard one, the price difference is not much

It really has to be checked if there are stains or dirt in the room, especially for the bed sheets, pillows, bolsters and blankets so that there is no misunderstanding. Because at that time I noticed that there were traces of blue stains on the blanket/bed sheets (like fading) even though I entered it was like that before

The floor of the room is very very very dirty. If there is no mat, our feet will be black. The hotel atmosphere is very noisy. The workers do not know the time to clean the room after the guest has stayed. The hot water is just not cold. The bathroom drain is clogged. The only good thing is the large room size.
