Strategic location on the edge of the highway. Close to Balaikambang Park and Tirtonadi Terminal. For the room is okay, AC is okay, friendly staff, food is also delicious, but unfortunately for the plug there is only 1 and that is for the TV plug in the room, so my suggestion is maybe add more plugs so that guests are also comfortable when staying here. The room did not match the one promoted, did not match the one in the photo...we were given the corner room, there was no window with an outside view, the room felt stuffy, the 3rd floor had to be accessed by stairs too...it was like they were giving us a spare room...even though I saw that the hotel was not crowded & there were many empty rooms that had windows with views outside.

The hotel is comfortable, even though it is an old hotel. Affordable price, can be repeated again.

Only stayed at this hotel once. Before booking a room, I asked to make sure the sheets and bed cover were clean and it was a non-smoking room. But in fact, when I checked in, the sheets and pillows were dirty as if they hadn't been changed for a long time (there were spots), the room smelled of cigarettes and the hot water didn't come out at all. I was given the solution of moving rooms, cases like this usually will be upgraded but instead I was given a downgraded room. I can still tolerate the cigarette-smelling room, but if the hot water doesn't come out, I think the reason for asking for a refund is quite reasonable. The hotel team gave me a fix regarding the water, that night the water came out but there was still no hot water. Asked for a refund, the reason was that it couldn't be done, asked to contact the manager, the reason was that they were afraid of disturbing us, even though we as guests felt more disturbed. Those who want to book at this hotel should think twice.

hot water won't turn on at all, it's been turned on for an hour but it still won't turn on, the first report was that it was only warm. After that, it didn't work at all until morning. The tank was drained, the water was black and there was a lot of dirt, the elevator couldn't go up to the 3rd floor, it was really noticeable. For a 3-star hotel on Traveloka, I think it should be reviewed. The TV remote is hard to use, the AC takes a long time to cool down, the location of the plug for charging the cellphone is very far from the bed. This hotel is really not worthy of a 3-star and doesn't match the description. A hotel like Bro***** Inn Solo is only a 2-star hotel with very good facilities that exceed the description, well this is a shame at a price like that, it makes you in a bad mood...

The bathroom smells really bad, I had to hold my breath while taking a shower. The twin beds are really small, there's no lift, I got a room on the 3rd floor. The towels aren't very clean.

Nice room, quiet hotel atmosphere, 3 days stay here, I don't feel like I lost anything, if I go here again, it would be nice to stay here again, the price is cheap, the service is good, highly recommended, the only downside is that the hot water doesn't feel hot.
