So BAD.. Not worthy to be called a Hotel with rooms that do not match the photos displayed on Google Dirty bathroom, itchy mattress, and stuffy smelly room and no AC Customer Service is really bad at holding ID cards, even a 5-star Hotel class doesn't hold ID cards/driving licenses.. Proper training, the CS directs the room & car parking by just pointing at it, it's really annoying to stand for a while directing.. Automatically CANCEL the stay and look for another hotel that is more suitable even though the Cancel Room money is not refunded, after entering the room for a while to go to the toilet, it's disgusting and hot water is also a problem, even though initially I was interested because it was in the middle of the city on a big road and in front of it there is an Indomaret..

At a price of 628,000 a night, I think it's very expensive. The room is ordinary, the toilet is not provided with tissue, sawang is hanging in the room, the towels are given very small, coffee and sacher tea are not provided in the room. You only got 2 small bottles of mineral water (not 600 ml, but smaller ones) there were no chairs in front of the room like the next room. Anyway, it's expensive to get a price like this.

The employees are friendly, the accommodation has WIFI, you can get 3 mattresses that can be made into 1 so it's spacious and safe because there's a baby. In front of the hotel there is Ind*March*t so if you need to buy something you can go straight across, the price can still be adjusted according to the strategic location.

The tv is still a tube and cannot be used, the flush closet is broken, the sink is broken and rusty, the shower only comes out a little water and has a lot of rust, even though I ordered the deluxe one.

It's fun because it's not because of the hotel, especially because Batu is a must-visit destination because there are many fun tourist attractions. If there are many hotel problems, there are a lot of ants in the room, and in my opinion the mattress is not clean because my body is itchy. The toilet didn't have a top lid, and the shower was about to be replaced.

Fun for a cheap price, near the main square and many places to eat. There is a water faucet problem but it doesn't matter the hotel provides breakfast for free, the staff is friendly, hot water is also available.
