Always like it every time I come here.. the staff are attentive... humorous and kind, the bathroom now has a bracket door so it takes more effort to open and close it hahaha.. the atmosphere is calm

The most impressive: the service from Mr. Putu et al. was very friendly. The food choices in the restaurant were limited, but the taste was still delicious. Overall, I was quite satisfied staying at Grand Raka. For those who have plans for a dolphin tour, you can contact Grand Raka, the crew is ready to help.

Good service, clean room. There is a bathtub, there is a 1-door refrigerator, TV, cold AC. Late CO is charged 50k per hour. Overall satisfied, the price of food is also not expensive and there are quite a lot of variations for the breakfast menu.

I was late checking in, because there was a car problem. Arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, still greeted friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom was super clean. Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking, there were only towels. The swimming pool is also deep, can't be used by children. The rest is good.

Stayed here for 2 nights, everything was good, super friendly staff, good service, clean and quite spacious room, cold AC, hot water, good breakfast, tasted quite good. The initial problem was only 1, the water was small and often turned off, but it was immediately resolved. Thank you. Hopefully it will be better in the future 🙏.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and smell good. There are lots of pillows so it's safe when carrying children. The place is often full and many foreign tourists stay here.

There's actually a lot of potential. But needs updating especially in the bathroom. The bathroom is old school, looks dimly lit, smells musty and needs maintenance. The sofa has lots of stains. But the AC is cold, the wifi is good, the TV is Android, there is a big refrigerator too. As a hotel crew, we were not comfortable with the less friendly reception. We came at night, tired. We've booked since noon but they're still looking for our booking. It doesn't seem like there are bookings via the app. So we had to wait until the room was ready. Yes, you can't really have high expectations for a budget hotel. But in Denpasar there are many hotels at this price with better conditions.

A comfortable homestay, I got there at 9pm but I went straight to the room, no need to wait, the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, the staff are friendly and very helpful, there is a car park even though it is not big, I recommend it if you want to go to Lovina.

For me, the only thing lacking is the water in the bathroom which is a bit small, which should take 20 minutes to shower (because the water is small, it takes a bit longer). Overall, the homestay here is highly recommended & the staff is friendly, for those who are going home or on holiday & business, this place can be used as one of the strategic places to stay.

My main objective in Lovina is looking for dolphins in the sea. Grand raka has strategic location to approach the fisherman boat in just walking distance, and easy booking of the dolphin trip on the receptionist during check-in, or 1 day prior the dolphin trip day. The other plus things are, with affordable price, grand raka provide comfort clean bedroom and bathroom, and that 's all I need. Netflix on teh TV is the lovely bonus! The only minus thing just the breakfast menu. Keep practice on cooking then you'll all be fine! Thanks for the hospitality even though I just stayed for 1 night:).

The room is clean, only the bathroom is a minus. The shower fits perfectly over the bathtub, it's a bit tricky when you want to shower & the bathroom smells fishy like blood. The smell is very strong every time you enter the bathroom/every time the bathroom door is opened. I don't know where the smell is coming from. I've tried using perfume and it still smells fishy every time I enter the bathroom. The staff is friendly & very helpful if you ask/ask for help with anything. Thankyou,-.

I arrived at the hotel quite late, the staff was responsive, friendly and polite and gave me a room on the 1st floor. I brought my 4th year old child and the room was quite big. The location is close to Lovina Beach, with the Dolphin Hunting tour that I ordered only 3-4 minutes from the hotel, quite close. It's just that for breakfast we can't choose (buffet), only fried rice is provided for 2 people, so when bringing children must order it yourself. I ordered omlate for my child, at a price that is still friendly to the pocket. Toys are provided for children while having breakfast, so that children become calm and happy.
