staycation here for Eid al-Fitr 1446 H. comfortable atmosphere, everything is clean and well maintained including a quiet and comfortable bedroom. although the hotel is old, the room and bathroom furniture are new and modern. delicious and varied breakfast. only for the main menu and chicken porridge, the amount is limited. once it runs out, no more will be added. overall everything is okay and recommended for a family staycation 👍

The staff is friendly, I ordered a superior suite and was upgraded to the Yudistira suite, the largest room type, until finally my family and I extended, because the room was super spacious, clean and the facilities were complete. Thank you Grand Sahid Jaya, Always Success.

Got upgraded room to more modern. Staff is friendly & quick to respond when there is a problem. Can borrow a bike to go around Sudirman Thamrin street.

Overall ok, there was just a miscommunication about breakfast being changed to iftar. My wife and I called 2x to confirm this before paying via Traveloka, but in reality it could only be changed to sahur. Lesson learned for us, we have to record when calling the hotel, so that it can be used as evidence

The location is in the middle of the city, close to the MRT station so it is easy if you want to walk to areas that can be accessed by MRT. For other access such as Transjakarta is also easy, just need to walk a short distance. For the cleanliness of the hotel is also good, the staff is also friendly. For breakfast the menu is varied but the breakfast room is not too big.

I happened to get a room on the 4th floor above the entrance lobby, but the view of the lobby roof didn't make any impression.

The staff is very friendly, and remains friendly even though they have to deal with long queues of check-in guests and it's certainly tiring, but they still serve with a smile, remain calm, not in a hurry, and answer all questions patiently (thank you Mr. Fauzi et al. in the receptionist team on 31Dec who were super helpful!), even still willing to try to provide the best facilities for guests even though it takes extra effort. Once again, appreciate all receptionist staff's! You guys are cool! Keep it up! For the property, the rooms are quite old, but still function well and are well maintained. I happened to get a room on the 3rd floor, the view is the roof of the next building, literally a red zinc roof hahaha so I can't review the view, but the room is close to the elevator access as requested, so it's okay. For food, I happened to stay during New Year's Eve, the breakfast menu was special, lots of variants and everything was delicious! It's just that the price is really expensive for an extra additional 1 adult at a price of 488k/person nett. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience while staying at New Year's Eve. Definitely God willing, next year-end we want to come here again!

Spent NYE here and it was amazing! So many things to do, even got a free praline before check out. Although fridge wasn't working and the wall was so thin we could hear literally everything from the room next door. But the rest was fine!
