Check in took a long time. Even though we arrived at 4 pm. And for breakfast, they really don't respect the guests at that price. Bad service.

There was a cockroach in the room, asked for Baygon, but when we changed rooms, they didn't give us the excuse that the management was sleeping and didn't pick up the phone Yes, of course At 2 am A cockroach The staff had no empathy at all The reason they sprayed Baygon was because it was our fault if the room smelled and we couldn't change rooms They washed their hands Gosh, I booked 2 rooms and one for the child with the cockroach At 2 am Misti ransacked the room looking for the cockroach Real time complaint
