"This hotel has a very strategic location! Being close to Grand Indonesia Mall (GI) and Plaza Indonesia (PI), I had easy access to various facilities and entertainment in the city center. Furthermore, the hotel is also quite close to Thamrin City, so I could enjoy the bustling city atmosphere while still being comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast served was also quite good. The hotel service was very friendly, with the staff always ready to help and answer my questions. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to friends looking for a strategic and comfortable place to stay in Jakarta."

Well equipped and friendly service. Room a bit too dimmed and dark. Also bathroom. Less creepiness could be improved. GI west mall in front really did offer some light.

First time staying here and really like it. The location of the hotel is very strategic, open the window curtains and there is Grand Indonesia in front of your eyes. The road to GI is only 100 meters, the road to Plaza Indonesia is 250 meters. The room is comfortable, clean, soft bed, smooth and thick sheets. The bathroom is clean, hot water is fast, it's hot in 3 seconds. The AC is very cold. The room lighting is good. Transportation everywhere is easy.

If you go to Jakarta, you definitely stay here because the rooms are clean like a new hotel. All the services are very friendly, and the location is the best. Go down the lobby and walk a little straight to the entrance of GI Mall 🤭🫶🏻

In front of the hotel is a mall. Clean rooms, clean toilets. Breakfast pickup near the receptionist, brought upstairs to eat in the room. Room space is a bit narrow to find a prayer room. Overall good and satisfied.

The hotel is clean, but unfortunately, it's a budget hotel with no breakfast and no restaurant or cafe. There's a lot of potential for a rooftop. After checking out, a friend ironed the bed and the sheets got ironed, resulting in a fine of 700,000 rupiah.

The staff is not friendly and the breakfast is like a school lunch, then when they give you water, you think twice because they are so stingy, a 3-star hotel like this should have a restaurant and provide a buffet breakfast, the security guard also acts as a taxi salesman, forcing you to offer his taxi and not wanting to help carry your belongings to other taxis, this hotel is not recommended.

The hotel is OK but the employee on duty does not want to help with the check-out process without any reason & our things in the room do not want to help take them down to be left in the lobby before we arrive at the hotel, even though it has been agreed by the guest staying, I asked for a time limit until 14.00 but we were charged from 13:00 - 14:00 with a nominal of 150,000, I asked my regular ojol to come to the hotel to help with the CO process and the ojol was allowed to do the Co process + pick up items, it is very odd, in the hotel terms in the application or the explanation when we checked in there was no explanation according to my experience and this is the first time during moving hotels in Jakarta to get unpleasant treatment like this, where for new guests, they are always helped with check-in / check-out + luggage too, and a hotel in the city center only accepts cash and transfers
